Nothing is more fun than watching God!
If you have stood on top of a mountain and enjoyed the vast landscape that God has painted or stood on the beach and jumped the waves, then you have had fun with the gifts God has given. Playing in the rain or building a snowman are other ways you can have fun with God’s gifts. Listening to nature, watching a flower bloom from a seed or welcoming a new baby are more fun ways to enjoy God.
There are so many ways that we can watch God and have fun doing so. He is an awesome God who gives the best gifts for our pleasure. He is a good, kind and loving God.
I was recently sharing with a friend that it has been fun watching God work in the lives of people over the past several weeks. I have had a front row seat of watching lives be changed and transformed by Him. There are some incredible stories unfolding, bondages being broken, and hearts turning to Jesus.
When we think of God, we should always revere Him because of who He is. But I have found that it is also fun to watch Him work. We can delight and find joy in what God does.
Today, I want to prompt you to find the fun amid the majesty of our great God. He is worthy of all our praise and adoration. Enjoy and find the fun in His gifts.
“Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Fun fact: This is a flower that I planted from seeds. It is still blooming and it has been such fun to watch it grow.
